Salus
Salus drafts care plans for Australian home care and Support at Home providers. It reads the assessments, notes and records a provider already holds, pulls them into one picture of the client, and produces a draft plan that a care manager reviews, edits and approves.

What it does.
- Brings assessments, notes, approvals and earlier plans into one view of the client.
- Drafts the care plan from that evidence.
- Keeps a clinical risk register for each client.
- Collects the evidence needed for a funding upgrade.
- Writes shift briefs for frontline staff.
- Flags where a client may need a physio, occupational therapist, dietitian or speech pathologist.
- Checks whether the evidence behind a plan is complete before it goes for approval.
- Sits alongside the care management systems a provider already uses, and doesn’t replace them.
How it’s governed.
Salus makes no clinical decisions.
A draft only becomes a care plan when a named person approves it.
Provider data is never used to train public AI models.
Where it’s going.
More care is being delivered at home, including care that used to need a hospital bed. Salus is being built to carry the care plan and the evidence behind it into that setting, and doing that well takes much more than software.
Care plans drafted from the records a provider already holds, a clinical risk register for every client, and the evidence checked before any plan goes for approval.
The next phase is being built quietly with partners we’ll name when it’s ready.
