Our people, inside the programs others depend on.

Embedded resourcing against a defined set of objectives. The direction is transformation. The result is an organisation that runs the new system, understands it, and is more secure than when we arrived.

One kind of engagement. Done properly.

We embed inside your teams against objectives we agree up front. No consultancy theatre and no labour hire. People call us when there is a mess nobody else will touch, and we do not say no to a complex problem. There is always a way, and when the way does not exist yet, Research builds it. We stay until your people run the result without us.

Transform. Uplift. Secure.

Every engagement runs the same three strands together. The mix shifts with the objectives. The strands do not.

Transform

Re-architect the systems, pipelines and infrastructure a program runs on.

This is where the solutioning lives. Agentic systems, automation, integration and the hard build work that moves an organisation off the architecture it has outgrown.

Uplift

Your people learn the new system while we build it with them.

We translate what agentic and generative technology can actually do for your organisation, where it should be deployed, and where it should not. Your teams are upskilled inside the work, so the capability stays when we leave.

Secure

The infrastructure comes out harder than we found it.

Pipelines, environments, identity, secrets and logging are strengthened as part of the transformation. Security is a design input from the first commit.

Agentic systems and RPA are what we are known for.

Our co-founder has spent a career building agentic and automation systems in high-assurance sectors, finance and insurance among them. That depth leads this modality. If you want agents and automation doing real work in a regulated environment, this is the conversation to have.

An empty control room, one chair turned out from a console of amber screens.
  • An agent that drafts the document a person approves, with every input on the record.
  • An automation that runs the reconciliation nobody owns, and routes every exception to a name.
  • A deployment your own people operate, monitor and switch off, because we trained them while we built it.

We join the program. We don’t observe it.

You call when
A program that matters has outgrown its architecture, and the fixes keep losing to the roadmap. Or you know agentic technology should be working for you and nobody can say how.
First weeks
We read the system as it actually is, which is rarely how it is documented. Then we agree the objectives and the definition of done with named owners.
During
Our people work in your repositories, at your standups. Knowledge transfer runs the whole way through, never as a closing ceremony.
What you get
Working infrastructure, pipelines your own people operate, documentation that matches what is deployed, and teams that can use what was built.
Done means
You run it without us. The pipelines, the documentation and the people who know how it works are all yours, and we are not a dependency you have to keep paying to keep the lights on.

Australian-based. Without exception.

In Australia
Every contributor on every engagement is Australian-based. No exceptions negotiated per contract.
The point
We don’t mark up offshore work and sell it back at a premium. Everything is built onshore, and that is the point.
Abroad
Led from Australia, and built by people of the country it serves. Local knowledge is part of what gets delivered, and it is not something we bolt on at the end.
Specialist capability
Brought in through PartnershipDNA. Declared, scoped and accountable, with no subcontracting chain behind it.

What we bring inside.

Six disciplines, delivered by the people who will be in the room. Open any of them for the technical position.

Secure software & DevSecOps

Security is a property of how software gets built.

Threat modelling before feature definition. Tenancy and data classification decided with the schema, because getting that wrong is rarely fixable without a rebuild. Secrets, egress and dependencies handled from the first commit, on a 308 baseline that starts defensible.

Agentic systems

An agent with tool access is a privileged service, and it gets designed like one.

Blast radius first. What can it reach, and what is the worst version of it being wrong? Tool scope, egress, secrets and audit trail are settled before the agent touches anything consequential.

RPA for critical processes

We automate the processes where a failure becomes an incident.

The high-repetition, high-consequence work nobody owns and everybody works around. Often it is quietly consuming a senior person’s week. We map what actually happens before we automate it.

Defensive AI & model assurance

Models built to hold under adversarial conditions, run with production discipline.

ML systems fail in ways ordinary software does not. Poisoned data, crafted inputs, leaked outputs. The threat model starts with who benefits from the model being wrong.

Autonomous systems

The failure modes are written down before the code is.

What the system may do, the envelope it operates inside, and how it degrades toward a human when its inputs stop making sense. All decided before any build starts.

Digital twin & simulation

How a facility will actually behave, tested before the decisions are poured in concrete.

Five workstreams, one evidence-led operating picture. Ethnographic research, process analytics, spatial analytics, supply chain analysis and simulation. Delivered with specialist partners where that sharpens the result.

We have no stake in which tools you use.

Selection
The best tool for the job, chosen against your constraints and your existing stack. Open source wherever it will hold up under the load you actually have.
The bar
Everything must meet our security and data standards, or it does not get used.
No bias
We took vendor partnership revenue out of our model entirely, so there is no commission behind any recommendation we make. Our advice has nothing to sell you.

Recent work.

NSW Health public hospital design validation
308 Continuity

NSW Health public hospital design validation

Five parallel streams of evidence, qualitative and quantitative, running against the schematic and detailed design phases of a new public hospital. What staff actually do, what the process data says, how the plan behaves as a building, what the supply chain has to carry, and a simulation to test the options that mattered. Little else is public. Contact us and we will tell you what we can.

Advanced uncrewed systems manufacturing
308 Continuity

Advanced uncrewed systems manufacturing

A highly automated sales workflow, running across four products. Research designed it and Continuity delivered it, built on the tools they already owned. It runs inside the systems of a named Australian OEM. We adapted and tightly integrated what was there instead of replacing it, and it now saves hours of manual work every week. Seriously complex, and maximally resilient.

Questions we get asked.
